How we compared
The same model, for example Veo 3.1 or Kling v3, gives the same quality on any platform: the developer’s same API is inside. So comparing platforms by «picture quality» makes no sense. What you need to compare is the packaging:
- Which models are connected and how quickly new ones appear.
- Access from Russia: whether a VPN is needed.
- Payment: rubles with a Russian card or foreign currency through an intermediary.
- Payment model: a subscription with expiring credits or pay-per-generation.
- Tools on top: camera presets, an editor, prompt help, ready modes.
A disclaimer right away: I build KADR, and it is on this list. So I describe everyone by the same points and name the downsides of my own service too.
Type 1. International aggregators
They gather models from different developers in one interface and sell access by subscription with credits.
Higgsfield. One of the best-known aggregators: Veo, Kling, Seedance, Wan, Hailuo, Nano Banana and its own add-ons (camera presets, lip-sync, character consistency). Sora 2 is no longer there: OpenAI shut Sora down and switched off the API on 24 September 2026, so no aggregator has it now (what to use instead). Subscription from 19 euros a month, credits expire, prices differ between users. A detailed breakdown: Higgsfield.
Krea. An aggregator focused on images and designers: image and video generation, upscaling, real-time editing. Subscription in dollars.
Freepik. A large stock site that grew into an AI package: image and video generation on third-party models plus stock assets. Convenient if you already use Freepik for stock.
Common to all: a wide set of models and strong tools, but from Russia you need a VPN and a foreign card or an intermediary, and credits usually expire.
Type 2. Official model services
A service from the model’s developer itself.
- Google Flow for Veo.
- Kling AI for the Kling models.
- Dreamina (from the makers of CapCut) for the Seedance models, including Seedance 2.5.
- Hailuo for the MiniMax models.
Pros: new features appear on release day, and sometimes there are capabilities that are not in the API.
Cons: one model per service. To compare Kling and Veo you need two accounts and two subscriptions. From Russia, the same access and payment difficulties.
Type 3. Russian aggregators
They connect Western and Chinese models through their APIs and sell generations for rubles. They come as web services and Telegram bots.
KADR. A web service: Seedance 2.5, 2.0 and 1.5 Pro, Kling v3 and O3, Kling Motion Control, OmniHuman 1.5, Veo 3.1, Gemini Omni Flash, Hailuo, Wan, Grok and image models (Nano Banana Pro, Midjourney V8.2, GPT Image, Flux.2, Seedream, Recraft), 35 models in all. Pay in rubles per generation, no subscription, tokens never expire, the price is shown before you start. There are ready modes («Animate a photo», «Product ad», «Marketplace images») and an «Improve» button that rewrites the prompt and suggests a model. Minus: the set of models is limited to what we have connected. The newest features of a developer’s platform may arrive with a delay.
Telegram bots (Syntx AI and others). Generation right in the messenger, payment in rubles, dozens of models on the large bots. Convenient on a phone. Minus: in a chat it is harder to control parameters and compare results than in a web interface.
Common to the type: no VPN, rubles with a Russian card, the same models as on international platforms. The terms (subscription or pay-per-generation, whether the balance expires) differ for everyone, so check before paying.
Type 4. Free domestic services
Shedevrum (Yandex). Images, short videos and photo animation on Yandex’s own model. Free, no VPN.
GigaChat and Kandinsky Video (Sber). Video generation from a description in Russian. After signing in, about 10 videos a day are available for free.
Pros: free and with no access restrictions. Cons: in clip length, sound, character stability and camera movement the top Western models are noticeably ahead. Enough for experiments, usually not for ads. More in the article on free AI video generators.
Comparison table
| International aggregators | Official services | Russian aggregators | Free domestic | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Models in one window | many | one | many | one |

How to choose in a minute
- You have a foreign card and generate every day → an international aggregator or the official service of the model you need.
- You need Western models and pay from Russia → a Russian aggregator. Check whether the balance expires.
- You want to try for free → Shedevrum or GigaChat, or starter tokens in paid services.
- You work with one model and need its newest features → the official service.
If the platform is already chosen and the question is the model, there is a separate cheat sheet: which AI to choose for video.
If you are looking for a specific model from Russia: Nano Banana Pro in Russia, Seedance in Russia.
In short
There are many platforms, but the set of models inside is almost the same. Choose the packaging: access from your country, the payment method, whether credits expire and which tools come on top. From Russia, Russian aggregators that take rubles are the simplest to work with, and you can try for free in Shedevrum and GigaChat.
